Matt is a phenomenal realtor that our family has used for years, not just for a variety of real estate transactions, but for education and information in-between. From finding out about market conditions, housing prices and more, to where and when to buy, and negotiating the best purchase prices. Matt was always available, even when he was on vacation. This is our second home that we have purchased using Matt. We have also had multiple family members use Matt for purchasing real estate in the local area. He is incredibly knowledgable about the area, the market, the buying process. He goes above and beyond for his clients.
